I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While it is conveniently located in the heart of Surabaya near malls and restaurants, the room I stayed in felt a bit cramped and not as clean as I had hoped. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made a difference, but the dining area was large and navigating it during breakfast took some time. Overall, it has its perks, like the great location and friendly service, but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.
